Hello, when my throttle lever is at full and i throttle down, the carb linkage stays at full, if i touch linkage it goes back to idle, it works normal when i move it by hand just sticks when i move lever, cable has no apparent kinks. also what is the electric plug for on the throttle cable.

The electrical plug changes the ignition timing at 80% throttle.

If the throttle is sticking it’s either the cable or the throttle butterfly shaft is corroded.
