A couple other things is your carb rebuild kits. Some places are very good at making it sound like they are genuine mikuni rebuild kits when in fact t they are replacement kits that are supposed to work for mikuni carbs, the aftermarket kits simply will not work correctly, I’d be interested to know where you purchased your kits from. Also what your high and low speed settings are? But you absolutely need to have a good quality fuel line like the continental fuel lines for your pulse line and I’m guessing the new fuel lines you put on are th translucent ones since they are cheaper than the good line? And I’ve seen them cause problems first hand where they just won’t seal up on the fittings.
Compression test, proper lines and kit, factory settings, so your tests after rebuilding as mentioned in the carb rebuild thread. Will save you a bunch of running around in circles.
