2000 rx Questions??

I got a 2000 rx and win i test drove it it ran 60mph, he had the carbs rebuild the next day and had it check out by the seadoo dealer just to let me know it was ok.. now after the carbs are rebuild it only runs 48 MPH??? what do you guys think is causing this???

are you looking at the sock speedo? They suck, and are never right.

Yes it's a stock speedo. But it said 60mph when I test drove it
