I'm new to Seadoos but been boating my whole life. I just recently purchased a 2k RX-DI 947 Millenium Edition. The ski is in excellent mechanical condition and runs well but when cruising between 20-30 MPH, the engine bogs down when trying to accelerate. No acceleration problems while idling or once the ski is moving faster than 30 mph. The gentleman I bought the ski from had not had it in the water this season but after twice I've had it out (8hours this past Saturday) and a few hours the night before, the problem still exists although the ski runs better. I've added Sea Foam to the fuel (92 octane) on the advice of a local seadoo dealer. I've been advised to add Stabil but haven't tried that yet. Oil is Seadoo synthetic through the original pump (no bypass). Any help greatly appreciated!
