2000 gtx wont start

I just had my carbs rebuilt and took it out to run it and when you push the start button it makes a noise from the rear ( electrical) and then just steady beeps. the key chirps twice when you plug it in like it should. it is just a short hum from the rear of the ski and then steady beeps. any help would be appreciated. it is not the battery or connection to the battery

its the battery or connection

put on a marine charger and it will fire the click is like the car when its batery is low

I replaced the battery with a brand new battery that has been fully charged,
