2000 GTX RFI PTO cylinder not firing

Hello, I have a 2000 GTX RFI. The compression is perfect, and there's spark in both cylinders. The PTO plug is clean with no fuel, and the MAG plug is perfect. I've tried two different injector sets: one known good and a second set of new injectors. I also changed the wiring harness, but there was no change in the condition. The fuel pressure is good. I think it might be the MPEM? or ? any help would be great. Ready to sell it next for what ever.... Its in real good shape other than that

Your post is little confusing. You say it is not firing but then you talk about the injectors. Are you saying that you don't believe it is the injectors because of all the things you have done to them and it must be the firing?

You said there is spark at both cylinders? Is the PTO weaker than the MAG side? Please clarify what you mean a little more.

Some people have tried snipping about a 1/4 inch off the spark plug wires and reinserting them back in the boot, see if that will help

You can try swapping the wires around, if they will reach, to see if it follows only one of the wire paths.
