like the title says neither of the gauges work and I don't get a beep when I plug the lanyard in either. Bike runs good, I have not had it out on the water yet but people I got the ski from said neither of the gauges have worked and never bothered them. I checked fuses and I have power going to the the speedo and coming out of the speedo to the info center. I do get a red light that lights up for a few sec. on the info center. wondering if both gauges are shot or if I'm missing something else that needs to be checked?

If you are getting power the gauges are giving you all they can give you. Make sure the plugs are clean. Unplug from te computer and clean the pin area but be very gentle. Sometimes they get corroded due to moisture at the computer. They get EXPENSIVE to replace.

Look really really close at the info gauge to see if you can make out any numbers or anything on the display (while the ski is running) . You may have a really bad display which can be fixed. Do some searches. This is being discussed presently on this forum.

Ya I checked all the connections they all look good with plenty of dielectric grease on them. Going to test the speed sensor tonight to make sure it’s not that before I get a speedo too. Could it be in the buttons on the handle bars with the beeper ?

I don't think it is the buttons. The second from the left is the one that changes modes and you can cycle through the menu. Speed sensor is a PIA. :) You sould see a 5-8volt swing as you turn the paddle wheel. Gauges are not worth fixing even though I do it. LOL I have some to do today. Grrrrrr.... :D Good Luck !
