2000 GTX-RFI engine seized up

Finally got my parts in, need a little help with mounting the rotor back on the flywheel. My manual says there should be a hole in the flywheel and align with edge of long protrusion on rotor. I don’t see either one of those things on my parts.

What is the best way to check fuel injectors. I checked both with a multimeter and they both read 2.6 ohms. Really want to make sure they are good and putting out fuel, have rebuilt this engine and want everything to be good to go.
