2000 GTX Problems

My GTX had low voltage yesterday, I haven't used it in about 4 weeks so I was riding it before we have to put it up. It had just enough power to start and I ran it for about 5 mins. Then it started sputtering and missing real bad, it had plenty of oil and gas. I thought I may need to run it more at full throttle so I went to speed up and the ski would not go full thottle, with the throttle all the way the ski would start shaking real bad. After docking it I noticed oil everywhere in the water. I pulled the seat off and it had oil in the hull. So I'm not sure what's going on.

Do you think the engine is still ok? I've seen oil in the bottom before, but it was from the leaky grommet on the oil tank, but I haven't felt the engine shake that bad before.
