I had removed my Air Tubes, from my DI. 3 weeks later the right side one, seems to have straightened out. Any suggestions on how I can get it back in straight? Need to get a 90 deg bend.

Thanks,
Franco

The only "air tube" I can think if the one that goes from the air pump to the air box by the throttle bodies.
If thats the one, its preformed & should not straighten out on its own. Is that what your talking about? could someone possibly have changed it at some point?

Otherwise give us a little more info or maybe a picture. The only other air line is the high pressure line from the pump to the rail.

Is this the one your talking about?

No. The 2, 3" ones. Especially the one coming from the right side, left in pic. vent hole. The other is easySeadoo DI Fuel Pump Replacement Guide pg3 .jpg

Heat it up first. I did the same with mine.

You can put it in cold, but heating it with a hot air gun allowed me to get the shape perfect.
