2000 GS Had 2 beeps, wont turn over, then no beeps now

So I have a 2000 gs, put the key on and it beeps 2 times and fuel gauge moved. I pressed the start button and nothing. So I changed out the solenoid and same thing. So I pull the battery, and check the mpem fuses ( again ) and unplugged it and checked out the pins. All looked good. Put all back together and now I dont get any beeps at all. I changed out the dess post ( even though the other one was working fine ) and still nothing. Checked the main ground, power wires, ground at the stator and also unplugged the stater and checked the pins, all looked fine. I didnt move the ski an inch but had some power before and none now. So what all could it be? I put a test light on the starter side on both solenoids and never got a light up, but do have power the on other post. So what could it be? The mpem maybe?, because of it working fine ( well 2 beeps ) and then now nothing. Right before I bought it, the owner had a shop look at it and gave him an invoice. It checked out fine for him ( needed tune up, oil tank and few small thing ) He checked the compression and it was good. So my point is it worked for him last week, then it beeped 2 times for me tonight but no start and then 20 mins later, nothing.......Batter tested at 13v.......... Any help would be great.
