2000 challenger blown cylinder on m2

I found a 2000 challenger today that has a mercury v6 m2 jet in the boat they were asking 16,000 but reduced it down to $5500.00 when it was discovered
it had one blown cylinder. what would i be looking at to have the engine rebuilt
is 5500 a fair price considering the cost of repairing the engine.

They are dreaming! The boat has a NADA value of $6530, which happens to be th going cost of replacing the engine. So the boat is virtually worthless.
