Hey,
I recently replaced my jet pump and now I can't seem to get my ski started. The ski is getting fuel, there is spark on the plugs, the engine wants to turn over but no fire...I've tried started fluid in the cylinders with no luck either. After trying to start it, I found that the plugs seem to have way too much oil on them. Could it be that the starter fuse has gone bad or is improperly connected? I reset the idle adjustment to stock and have not had any luck. Any suggestions? If it's electrical does anyone have pictures to show possible solutions? Any help is greatly appreciated.

If your ski is cranking over, the spark plugs are fireing, and you have fuel......whats the compression?.

no, fuses either work or they don't and are easy to determine if good or bad with a pencil light tester.

I am flipping the coin on the raves being stuck and/or the TPS is not advanceing the timeing (not functioning).

I let the battery charge all night and got it to start when it was out of the water...didn't need to choke it or anything. I then took it to the lake and it started but the idle was way too low and it stalled. After it stalled, it wouldnt start; I tried to get a jump and tried starter fluid in the cylinders, no luck. I noticed that when the battery isnt at 100% it will not beep twice when I hook up the lanyard...

Put new plugs in it and have your battery load tested and make sure it is good. Just charging it doesnt always do the trick. It may be bad.

So I decided to reset my carbs to factory settings, which involved me taking off the pipe and flame arrestor. While I was checking the carbs and searching for the very well hidden high speed adjustment, I looked down and noticed that my fuel filter looked like $h!T to say the least and the hose's were connected by zip ties and leaking...I replaced the filter with a larger NAPA one and some hose clamps and have since seen a dramatic increase in performance. My ski seems to jump to MAX rpm when I dry start it and push the rpm's past 4k ... any idea what that's from? I also had to reset the idle after replacing the filter because when I first started the ski, it went straight to the races lol which im hoping is because im now getting proper amounts of fuel

Back idle screw to 2800 on the hose and it won't run away anymore.
Check to see if the throttle cable has slack in it when it is at rest. The most common problem of a runaway idle is that the last guy did not install the throttle cable with enough slack in it. But that only applies to one that has had work done to the carbs or to the cables.
Sometimes richening the low speed adjusters will stop this runaway condition, unless the jets or filters inside the carbs are clogged up. They will runaway when on the trailor, but not in the water as a load is on the engine. On trailor, back it in and lower the idle speed in water.
