1999 Seadoo Challenger engine seized

Been a long time reader of the website. First post. Got my Seadoo boat this last year and was able to get on the water about 5 times this year. On the 5th time right engine just cut and couldn't start again.

Took to mechanic and sounds like engine is seized up.

What are the options and cost I have? Just a little sick right now because I love the twin engine boat.

look online for cheapest price. WSM makes pistons and gasket kits for seadoo but you cant buy direct from them. Ebay is always a good place. You should be able to pick up a top end kit for 135-200. If you want/need a new crank, Hot Rods makes cranks for the seadoo-about 600. If you want old crank rebuilt, SBT is probably cheapest source at about 275. If you need to rebuild counter balance shaft, do it yourself or SBT has them for 60..Machine work for cylinders can be done at local machine shop, about 60-90/per cylinder...
