1999 Seadoo Challenger 1800 won't turnover on either engines

My 1999 Seadoo Challenger 1800 won't turnover on either engine. I get correct beeps. I changed the solenoid and voltage regulator. I am able to turn engines with my hand. I hear is click but no starter turn.

May want to check the battery connections and or battery voltage. I've had both of these things cause the clicking .

I bought New battery and checked the connections. There is thin green grounding wire hanging there. do you know if that is connected to the negative terminal?

Sorry I'm not sure. I have a sportster and i don't see that on mine. I have your shop manuals if you want them.
