Hi all,
I have a 99 GTX fuel injected ski that continually fouls the front spark plug. The ski runs great until the plug fouls. I replaced the front injector because it looked like it was gummed up some. The compression is good and equal on both cylinders. The ignition seems fine and I believe there is only one coil, so if it were bad I awould assume it would be bad for both cylinders.

Any ideas of where to start looking, I would appreciate.

Thanks

raves...

wherethe black caps are, w/red dial dots, in middle of them...remove the 2-allen bolts on each housing, and remove the valves. More than likely, the front rave is stuck.

I'm new to Seadoo's so if you could give me a little direction as to where to find the caps you are talking about, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
also what is the purpose of the "rave". Is it for oil injection?

Thanks, I did a little search around the forum AFTER I asked where they were and found the answer.

It seems that they should be cleaned regualarly and as long as nothing looks damaged they should be fine?

yup...be careful, so you can re-use the gaskets, but replace the o-ring in each one...find then at Ace/Home Depot.
