found the problem. It was and aftermarket stern light and just need a little modifying at the plug. I did not need to modify the plug on the boat only the plug of the aftermarket light. for the font the stock light was bad. The OEM front bow light is long available from the dealer. I purchased and after marker LED and fabricated it and it looks an works great. Both light are working now.
