1998 Seadoo Sportster shooting black oil from exhaust

I recently bought 1998 Seadoo Sportster boat and saw checking it over before putting it in water, and it is shooting dark black oil from exhaust. It has 2 new motors on it with approximately 10 hours on it, and was winterized, do they put something in them when they winterize them that would make it do that?

The dealer could have fogged the engines before it got stored away for the winter. I would run it, and if it still doesn't clear up change the plugs It should just be a temporary thing.
