1998 sea doo speedster dual 110 fuel sytem description

Hello anyone with info. 98 seadoo speedster with dual 110 is this a return fuel system. meaning is the unused fuel recycled back to the tank. may sound like a dumb question. my understanding of oil injection dosnt seem to match with this system. Also i have an issue with lower rpm on the starboard engine than port. Hant gotten to far into it but seems as though spark plugs covered in oil clean and runs great , then back again. Filters do need to be replaced but unsure as to the cause. Thanks for any help

what seals would you be refering to. Im seeing alot of what i can only determine as oil in my fuel tank. please advise

you got seals on the crank, that keep the "oil bath" for the RV assy, in there. If seals are bad, they'll let oil inside the "journal" area, which is the same place the gas/oil mix, then gets transferred to top of piston. If seals bad, then you have substanstial amount of oil present, which in turn, enuf to foul plugs after few minutes of riding...
