Just bought a 98 gtx rfi that idles good and runs great from about 38 to 55 mph but from around 18 to 25 runs like crap. local dealer says it's normal RAVE valve operation. If so, give me the older engines back with no RAVE valves. Is he right or just too lazy to fix my doo? Thanks for any help.
