Hello,

I have the 12v Low warning and although the battery has 12.5 v and it has tested good at the parts store.

So I start it and when at idle or at 5500 rpm running on the hose I only get 11.94v at the battery terminals?

not sure what to check next as the manual says over 15v and rectifier is bad but I assume we should be getting 12.5 plus when running?

I ordered one online as I verified the stator AC output to the rectifier and it was 35 to 50 V so I’m sure a new rectifier/regulator will fix the issue

Is the 11.94 V, a steady almost fixed 11.94V?,,,if yes,,,check your charging fuse to the battery,,,and check all your connections.,,,for a corroded one.,,,the stator can be fine, the regulator can be fine,,,but if there no connection to the battery terminal you will have minimal charging at best, if any.

So I got the new Rectifier/Regulator in and all good charging output as it should be!
