Hello, I Bought this GTX Limited last week, took it on vacation with me and the first day the info gauge reads "12 V Low". It has never not started yet, but in the morning when starting, I put the lanyard on and it doesn't beep at all and it goes almost dead fast. Then after I drive it, seams fine, lanyard beeps twice and starts good although the "12 V Low" does come on for 2 sec. I call the previous owner and he said the battery in only 3 months old, But it was a cheap one. He thinks I should replace the battery. To me it seems like it is a bad battery. I was thinking maybe rectifier, but seems better after use. Anyone ever had this problem? If so, what was the fix? THANK YOU !!

Just replaced the battery with a new odyssey still flashes "12 V LOW" for 2 sec. at start up. Starts and runs fine. Don't know:confused:

is it just the dash starting up? Like when you start your vehicle and check engine light comes on and then goes off? If it goes out ater 2 seconds I would think its just showing that its in working condition...

After I replaced the battery, now when I put the lanyard on it beeps twice, info gauge comes on, when I push the start button it starts up and "12 V LOW" will flash for two sec., then goes out. I guess I'm not to worried about it. Everything else seems fine.

my 2000 GTX is giving me the 12v Low flash... didn't think much of it until last weekend. I charged the batt, put it in the water, fired right up, idled over to the marina... stopped for a few minutes, went to start it again and it was dead as a doornail. I'm ordering a new voltage rectifier (or whatever they are called) for $130.... someone stop me if i'm going the wrong route :)
