So I have a huge hate/love relationship with this machine, love it when it works, when it does, but hate it that ive had so many issues. Anyways the voltage Regulator went in the mpem, so we cut the three yellows from the mpem and put in a external one in and ran wires to the battery for charging. Now my gauges don't work, do I need to feed 12 volts to one of the yellows I cut off the mpem, just wondering your thoughts before I rip this thing apart again.

I wouldn't suggest just cutting wires.

OSD seadoo has a kit to install an external regulator on these.

The gauges run on different wires. The solid yellows do not need 12v they are AC voltage wires. The rectifier/regulator you installed converts it to DC power. Check and see if you popped a fuse.
