I have been having problems with one engine, it only starts when the engine compartment has had some heat, it has been narrowed down to a failure in the main module. Everytime you heat the module the engine starts with no issues, once cooled overnight same issue, engine won't start. A new module is just over $2k CAD, not really wanting to spend that type of money on the boat, was hoping someone had some suggestions where I can look for a used module?

I assume by "module" you're referring to the MPEM? I'm not overly familiar with the twin engines, but are there 2 separate MPEM's? One for each engine? Sounds like a bad connection or solder joint inside. If it's not sealed up it might be worth taking it out and going over it with a magnifying glass to see if you spot any obvious faults.
Since I'm new here and can't offer up much help with where to get replacement parts. There used to be a place in Oshawa called Used Parts Plus that dealt with sleds. Not sure if they do Seadoo's though. A quick Google search should net you some results...

I don't know if this will help much the SeaDoo Part no. is 204470155, I did a google search and found a new one for around $1500.00, if you're interested PM me and I'll tell you where to get it. I have no idea if this crosses to a PWC. Does your boat use one for each engine or does one mpem control both engines?

If it uses two mpem's it might cross to a PWC, you might try to PM minnetonka4me, on this forum he might have a used one, be sure to give him the part no.

Thanks guys, it is one module (MPEM) that controls both engines, it is a sealed unit with gel inside, I am told they are not repairable. I will do some google searching as well and check out Used Parts Plus which is close by me. The new one for $1500 is not a bad price, definitely better than the $2k I have been quoted. Thanks for the part no., that helps! Will search some more, hoping for a better deal, have some time as the boat is in storage for the winter, but would like to have one so I am ready for the spring!
