JUst bought boat. Rpm only go to 6400 on one motor and about 6700 on the other. ONe engine sounds rattly. Impellers look ok except for a small ding in one. Getting some cavitation.

Tried to get test on alternator and got nothing from my battery charger/tester??? Set it to alternator test and got no reading???

ps this thing is a blast, kids love it. i miss my hx gotta rebuild it. Exhaust muffler bolt came loose and hydrolocked the motor five years ago.
