1997 Speedster carb setting

I am just confirming that the high speed setting is 0 and the low speed is 1.5 turns out. i am trying to find markings on the carb itself to determine which carb it is....all i can find is on the one gate is stamped "856" and on the opposite side is "140". It has an accelerator pump. This is a speedster 1997 twin 720 engines.

If it's a single carb 720 engine with an accelerator pump the LS at 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 is correct and High is 0.
