1997 Seadoo Gsx electrical issue

We have a 1997 Seadoo GSX. We bought after the owner hooked the battery up backwards. No beeps, clicks or anything. The 5 Amp fuse in the front box was blown. We replaced that and still nothing. There is 12volts coming off the battery but when checking the fuses up front there is only 2volts. Jumping the solonoid it will turn over over. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have a 1997 GSX as well it was jumped and I believe it’s the MPEM. It’s the black box or rectangle located under the hood latch. It should have 3 large connectors going into it, and the 3 fuses They are quite expensive like $600 usually. I am trying to find out how to take my computer apart and fix the diode or what ever blew and only spend $10 $20 At radio shake. At least try it before spending a pretty penny on a brand new MPEM.
