Yes compression is good and have new plugs and have checked them every day for spark just to check, ADD kicks in so I have to recheck that crap every day. You said air now that is something I haven't addressed since I did replace an exhaust hose from waterbox to hull. Teach me man I am missing something that might be it

how much have you messed with the carbs??? i see you have messed with the idle adjustments correct?? First i would pull the carbs and clean/rebuild them and set everything per your manual to rule out a carb problem

Yes compression is good .......

Brock asked... "what is it?" SO............ what is it? (Give us a real number) Guessing that it's good, doesn't count. you could have 90 psi, and it will feel good... but it's not enough to fire it in the water. (With a load on the pump)

Also... it was suggested that your RV timing could be out. Have you checked it??
