1997 sea doo gtx motor issues

Well I just bought a 1997 sea doo gtx from a neighbor that had been sitting for about a year. Drained the old gas ran some fuel stabalizer and sea foam to clean everything out. After about 4 minutes of running (Finally) she died and will not start back up. Did a compression test and one cylinder read 100 psi and the other nothing at all. I know the testor is good, we use it on our sprint cars. Luckally I only paid 1,000$ the sea doo gtx. Other than the compression issue the damn thing is very clean. I'm thinking new piston and rings. Could it possibly be the reeds? Any advise would be appreciated.
