Seadoo runs great. But when about an hr comes around at full throttle.. it seems the engine wants to spit.. like a plug fouling. . All of a sudden it will drop to 3800 Rpm then back to 5k. I have to almost drop all the way to 30mph to run without engine spitting.. I have new spark plugs and gapped correctly. I cannot figure out what's going on, it only seems to do this after engine is warmed up. But other than that it runs great. Please help

Try disconnecting the rectifier. (Red wire).
You can do a search for rectifier and find diagrams etc.
If that doesn't fix issue report back.

Definitely sounds like a failing rectifier. I had something similar, except it was the other way around for me; it would run at low RPMs and sound like 'chut-chut-chut-chut...' when the engine was just warming up, and after about a half hour it would go away. Switched out the rectifier and problem has gone away.

Oh, if you try to test this way, don't wander too far from shore. You are running off the battery (without recharging it) when you run like this.
