1997 GTX replacement gauge lens

All my gauges work. What I’m looking for is a source for replacement gauge lens mine are starting to craze. Any tips on how to deal with the internal condensation?

I've bought a few of the eBay lens replacement kits. They definitely make it look better if your LCD is not burnt bad.
