1997 GTS blown engine swap

I just picked up a 1997 GTS super cheap with a bad 718cc engine. I've got a 1996 GTS with I think the 581cc and a 1993 XP with a 650. The 96 and 93 have no papers but good engines so I was wondering and hoping I could swap one of them in to this 97 that has papers and in pretty decent shape otherwise.

Yes but you need to swap the electronics with it.

Now could I swap with either engine? Would one be a better choice than the other?

Bigger is better.
The 580, 650 and 720 use the same engine mounts.
