My 1997 GTI Bombardier starts fine with the choke, turn off the choke and it idles but idles rough, try to rev it up and it bogs down, let off the gas and get right back on it and it takes off like a rocket, pull the key or the spark plugs and it will continue to run for about 15-20 seconds. Took it out twice this year. First time it ran fine, second time not so much. Any ideas
