That is sweet trm. Looks like your TTO trail Tech's are just hanging? I like clear adhesive, it hold and comes back off clean. Anyway looks like your also a believer in my theory: why build one when you could build two for twice the price?

lol, and ya, it does look like the TTO's are either hanging or mounted in a really strange spot and a weird angle... whats the scoop ?

Remove the screws hold pad together should open up like clam. Part 37 and 38 two on each side. Also around beeper.
Loosen set screws of throttle and start/stop switches.

LOL okay I thought there was a bolt on bar or something... a welding we will go

I made one out of a cross bar. Just cut it in half to the size i wanted and welded it; this way i could still use the clamps for it, which looks better.

There should be some screws that you unscrew and you should just be able to figure it out from there.
