Thanks for the clarification guys. This is good information and more people probably need to understand it. I would never expect to get up on plane or go above 15mph on a single motor or in a towing situation but nonetheless it's important to understand. I had to tow my XP last summer when the battery got low. I'm certain I never approached 15mph. It was a brutally long tow across the lake.
