1996 Seadoo XP VTS Gauge stuck in up position

I have a 1996 Seadoo XP with the VTS gauge stuck in the up position (off the indicator in the “Up” position. Motor works as normal. I assumed VTS module was shot so I attempted to use the TrimFix module with and without the included gauge fix but neither fixed the gauge working correctly. Magnet on the trim rod looks fine as well but even moving the gauge fix that comes with the TrimFix module didn’t get the gauge to respond.

Any ideas what to try now?

Sounds like a bad gauge.

Makes sense. That’s what I was led to believe as well. Looks like best place to get a new gauge is eBay?

Or Westside Powersports Seadoo. Pricy but guaranteed good used parts.
