1996 seadoo xp cylinder cracked!?

I have a 1996 seadoo xp that has a crack in the cylinder block and i have no clue what to do to resolve the issue. can it be fixed or will i have to get a new cylinder. if so, what are the steps in replacing it.

I had this issue on mine. Previous owner left water in the engines and did not winterize. You can patch it with RTV and a product called quicksteel. (Kind-of like JB Weld. But more of a putty. You can find this at Wal-Mart and Advance Auto Parts) Also check compression in cylinders and plan on doing a top end rebuild over the off-season. No guarantee of how long the patch will hold, but mine worked fantastically.
