I have a seadoo speederster and the post is going out and is no longer working.

I want to know if like all boats i can simply hot wire it like you would any other boat.

If so what must be done to hot wire it so i can start both motors?

What are the wire colors i need to look for and connect?

What are the options that i have in this situation?

dont think its possible, because the post reads the "ROM" chip inside the landyard, to allow the mpem to recognize it..

Bypass the DESS?

I'm actually having the same issue and becoming very frustrated with this issue, if you get any info please post as I think this may not be something we can do. I having my mechanic look at this as well, but he has the same concern about doing this. Does yours just shut off as you are going? Sometimes it's works but most times it does not.
