1996 seadoo speedster fuel problem

i got a 1996 seadoo speedster and one engine will not run properly when the boat has less than half a tank of gas, can the pump on that engine be weak? it will start but will not rev up. it is the starboard side.

i ordered a carb re-build kit the aftermarket one i know everybody says not to but that is all i was able to get my hands onto, i think it might be the pop off pressure because it happens when you go from a idle to half throtle, it idle fine and wide open is fine just that 3000 - 4000 part bogs down bad than goes up and away.

Where did you set the pop-off when you rebuilt the carbs?

I have not rebuilt the carbs yet i am waiting for the gaskets to show up should i follow the manual for the pop off settings>
