1996 seadoo challenger won’t go more than 15km

So I recently just bought the seadoo challenger boat . It was not going more than 15km put esso gas 91 in it but forgot to put the 2 stroke oil can that be the problem ??

Is it still oil injected or premix?

Either way IF running with no oil, your motor is toast

Found out the problem one of the spark plug wires was not clicked in properly
