1996 Sea-Doo xp bogging

I took my ski out today and it idles very good and runs good at 1/4 throttle but everything after that it boggles down and won’t go. Is there a needed carb adjustment?

It’s probably time for a rebuild of the carbs.

The carbs were rebuilt a few months ago. Should I rebuild them again?

Unplug the red wire to the rectifier. If it doesn’t improve then it’s probably fuel related. Did you use oem when u rebuilt the carbs? Did u replace the fuel selector? You can also check battery voltage when runnning on the hose at 4000 rpms. It should be 13.5-14 volts. If the engine starts bouncing when u rev it up it’s definitely the rectifier.

a friend with the same machine had the same conditions, took it in to have the carbs rebuilt and all fuel lines replaced.
