hi there , i just bought a 800cc gsx 110 hp jet ski and have had it serviced , after riding the ski for more then two hour it starts to beep and keeps beeping its happen the last 3 times taking it out and it has heaps of fuel, it like it over heating , can any one help please

Yes... if it's beeping at you... it's overheating. Clean out the cooling lines before you roast the engine.

i have cleanded all the lines out and they seem to be working fine , i just find it weird that it overheat after a few hours , its they anythink else i can try or do

run a resistance test useing a volt ohm meter to see if your sensor is within specs basically you want resistance when the enging is cold and it will change when it gets warmer. the other thing i would recomment is taking it out and try cleaning get some fine sand paper if theres and stuck on. or just replace.

Yup... if you think that you are not overheating... then check the sender. Hook it to a multimeter, and put it in a pot of water, and boil it. You will have to watch the temp of the water, and somewhere around 190 - 203 deg F it should click on. If it happens before that... then it's bad.

In 1997 Seadoo investigated reported problem with the 800s in that they would stop reving at about 5200 rpms after they got hot. They came out with slotted raves that cured the problem and recommended annual cleaning.
Remove each cooling line one at a time and wire out the nipple connections and air chuck to hear its clear. Check the WR and the hose from water box (muffler)to hull outlet pipe. Feel along that hose for any soft spots, it may have delaminated internally. A sticking RAVE can make it overheat. Did they clean them? My opinion is your problem will be found with the water regulator valve or fitting that feeds water into the exhaust stream, and probly not anytheng to do with any water jackets on the motor or the water jackets on the exhaust pipe.
