We had just had this ski repaired a couple years ago and when I rode it all was well until I made a sharp left turn to go to the beach. RPM's dropped and it would not rev past a fast idle. I have not had it running since and no time to mess with it. Today I rebuilt the carbs and it fired right up! I let it run for about 20 seconds and shut it down.. I then installed the air cleaner assembly and now it does not fire. Cranks great but no spark. Noticed that the fuel was low and same with oil. I had selector on Reserve when it was running. I am thinking that MAYBE there is some water in the fuel tank and when I did that quick turn it sucked up some water?? Just a hunch.... Also, if the oil res is dry will the ski not start due to a sensor being on? Thanks for any help!!! BTW - in Central Oregon the shops will not work on older skis.
