did you change the gray fuel lines too? if not that is your next step, then you'll have to clean your carb filters again too

Thanks, I did change the gray fuel lines out and put in fresh plugs cleaned out the gas filter over the gas tank but did not rebuild the carburetors completely. It does run smooth up to 35 mph. I have read other threads about the on/reserve switch getting clogged but have not tried that. Do you have any other suggestions. I'm also getting a low 12v flash when I start it even though it has a new battery and the system does charge while riding.
Thanks,
Jimmy

When you have a Tempo fuel hose issue... you cant cut corners. you need to completely clean the carbs.

Thanks Tony, I did changed out my fuel lines about a year ago and rebuilt the carburetors. I just started getting some sputtering on take off while at the beach last weekend and about all I could do there with the tools I had was clean the screens. But since it runs so smooth up to 35 I was wondering if it was ignition related or maybe still the carbs.

I was reading another thread about the on/reserve could possibly be clogged and holding me back. I rode the ski today on reserve and it ran great about 50 mph. After riding at full throttle for about an hour and letting it sit for about 15 minutes I am still getting the 12 volt low reading even after I installed a new rectifier assembly and a new battery.
Any other suggestions on what I could look for???
