Hi guys, so I pulled the end cover off one side of the carbs and it looks really clean so I put it back on, just had the carbs rebuilt last year, my questions is I have been seeing something about the pop off pressure for the carbs, would that apply to me?

Thanks
Chris

It depends if they set them properly when they were rebuilt. Just pulling a cover does not change the pop off, but unless you do the test you won't know if they are correct. That said, why did you pull the cover? If you had a problem, then we can help you decide the next step. If everything was great, then forget the pop off and ride. But it seems you were looking for something????

:lurk:

I am working on my new to me 96 GTX and I rebuilt both carbs among other things.

i was having a problem with it starting so i thought it was the carbs.....come to find out it was the starter. i am picking up a new starter today......the ski ran fine last year just couldn't get it started earlier this year.......
