1995 XP driveshaft/hull boot

I've got a 1994 XP that had the bearing on the hull boot freeze up. In the process it sheared off the mount tube for the boot on the hull. Anybody have any options for repair?

Help - heading on vacation in a week at Lake Roosevelt and I want my XP there!

It's a common problem if your seal seizes up.

Glue this into you hull.
