1995 SPX 657X Carbon seal question

Carbon ring started leaking today, looked up some videos to replace it and all of the videos the rings are different. Mine looks like its installed weird, like theres no boot its just a piece of hose. Bought last season and never had any issues. Can someone let me know if my model is different, and if so where i could find a guide or video of some sort. Or if its just been installed by some retard before me. Thanks in advance. That’s not a carbon seal.
That’s the older carrier style that uses a bearing and seals.

Oh, dont know much about seadoos, thank you! I just thought cause its a 95 it would be the same as a 96 or 97 thats all i could find online for info. Ill look into it a little more. Appreciate the feedback.
