Reversed polarity.?
Reversing the polarity is bad news on the electronic modules to these boats. Your module costs about $1,200 bucks to replace.
Make sure you got your control lever in neutral. If it still doesn't try to start, you might check your lanyard safety switch.
Your boat doesn't have the DESS (digital electronic security system) but it does have a couple safety switches that will keep you from starting.
You might have make sure your throttle is all the way at minimum, then move the gear forward and reverse several times to try and get that neutral safety switch unstuck, if that's your problem.
The switch where you connect your safety lanyard, it coud be bad. You can jumper these wires on one of the switches and see if this helps.
Last, make sure the boat is in neutral. Throttle is at minimum. Pull out one of your spark plugs, lay it on top of the motor, to get a good ground. Take off your electrical cover to your solenoids. Put your safety lanyard on and jump across your solenoid. The motor should turn over and if so, look for the spark at the end of your spark plug.............
