I just rebuilt one of the 657x engines in 1995 speedster.
I put in a rebuilt crank and installed new pistons

What break-in instructions should I follow for my rebuilt engine.

I read some posts about using a special break-in oil. Is it necessary? Or can I just use the regular seadoo injection oil? If so what ratio should I use, keep in mind only one of my engines has been rebuilt.

I've read I should use a 40:1 ratio
During the break in period should I use 32:1?

Thanks for your help

Just use the regular injector oil in your fuel tank. Yes… you want 32:1 for brake in. To achieve that… at enough oil to your fuel to make it a 50:1 mix. Then your injector will take care of the rest. You will want to run at least one full tank with the extra oil.

Good luck
