Complete Restoration includes the following
- New OEM Crankshaft Assembly
- Rebuilt Counterbalance Assembly
- Bored 4th Over by Full Bore with Wossner Pistons (Making it a 820 engine)
- Engine case, mag housing, PTO, rave housings, head plate, and rv plate was bead blasted before being painted with PPG base coat and clear coat
- Rossier Milled 43cc Head
- The engine has a .054 squish
- New OEM Crank Seals and retainer
- Rebuilt Carbs with Genuine Mikuni Parts from OSD Marine
- Rossier Engineering Rec Pipe
- Rossier Pipe, Manifold, Waterbox, and Engine Bracket have been powder coated in pink metallic pearl
- Ocean Pro Vortex Flame Arrestors
- Powder Coated in Satin Black
- 7400 Rev Limiter and Phase 5 Ignition programmed MPEM via Race Programmer
- R&D 85mm Reduction Nozzle
- R&D 88mm Steering Nozzle
- Nozzles are Powder Coated Satin Black
- Odyssey (OXT) Adjustable Race Sponsons
- Updated Drive Shaft Carrier Seal Bearing with Updated Double Lip Seal (OSD)

This is hands down the best XP800 that I have come across the gel coat is near perfect with virtually no fading. The bottom has no gouges or damage. The entire hull was stripped down, buffed to a mirror gloss and then had two layers of Ceramic Coating applied. Currently has Zero hours on it but will be getting a Hour of break in next weekend
